Bills pertaining to Nurse Practitioner Full Practice Authority

• SB 2040 Certified NPs: No physician supervision required over 3,600 hours of clinic practice
• HB 31 Certified NPs with over 3600 of Clinical Practice shall not have written collaborative agreement with a physician
• SB 2254 CRNAs with 2 years experience shall not have a collaborative agreement with a physician
• SB 2409 Certified NPs with over 3600 practice hours does not remove the collaborative agreement

• Compact Legislation delayed until FPA obtained
